Carolina should just forfeit game 4

This is the most mismatched series I’ve seen in a while

Leafs were probably the third best team in the playoffs.

Carolina has no heart. Tkachuk was going at Aho from the puck drop. No one from Carolina came to help. This still stems from Marchand getting a puck shot at his head and Carolina probably now realizes they've sealed their fate. Brooms are ready here. I pray we don't face Edmonton again and without Reinhart.

Poor Carolina probably thought they still had a chance in the series entering the third period, then the raping commenced.

How did the panthers finish 5th in the conference? Don’t really follow NHL regular season but this team is ridiculous.

Panthers had a big losing streak and injuries towards the end of the season. They led the division for the majority of the year.

That losing streak likely was a blessing in disguise because Bill Zito went out and got the pieces to bolster the roster for this run.

Tkachuk didn't play in the regular season after the 4 Nations Faceoff. And Ekblad was suspended 20 games. Panthers weren't playing with a full deck of cards for the 2nd half of the season.

Kulikov missed significant time on the back end the same time Ekblad was out and Barkov missed significant time early in the season too. The Panthers couldn’t have cared less about home ice advantage. They are deep, built for the playoffs and flip the switch when they need too. Sometimes they struggle to score but when they don’t, they are almost unbeatable.

Got super banged up. But as others have said built the squad up a bit more. Also a lot of guys who were rehabbing during that time look fresh as shite now as opposed to dragging to the end.

Eh. Bring those frickers in again and steal their souls one more time. We won’t take our foot off the gas this time.

They won the Cup last year with an abysmal power play for the vast majority of the postseason. Their power play this postseason has been better and their scoring chances at full strength have been much more high quality than last year.

They are a better team this year. The Oilers will be tough, of course.

But Oilers fans and pretty much every hockey analyst said he faked his injury to draw a penalty

DeBoer playing 4D chess keeping Hintz out to get even more penalties later

But on serious note, the Stars do dive and the slash could have caused legit injury so both can be true
