Agreed on Stars, but think the Avs trouble is a couple of years off. You’re entirely correct that the rebuild, when it comes, is going to be miserable.

Oh yeah the Avs aren’t going anywhere in the next couple years but they’re gonna have to get crafty with the cap. They still have 2 of the top 8 players in the league.
