Don’t worry, the 10-14 year olds in the BR area is stupid strong, will be back soon enough.

Looked to me as if the runner got a bad jump off of the hit and the RF made a good throw that was right on target.
That Oak Grove team was nearly all Sophomores and Juniors. I wouldn’t be surprised to see them win it again the next two years

Yea was a good throw but didn’t seem nearly deep enough to try that to me but I was only watching on tv and hindsight is 2020

I texted Brady and told him to keep his head up. No doubt he’s hearing trash from some of the DQ armchair QB’s. I missed the play where he sent the runner from second, but the bunt with the bases loaded was probably the right call. That kid is normally a good bunter and has decent speed. He hit it to the absolute worst possible spot. Some kids just fail to execute…it happens.

Yea bunt was right call I thought, just on a bad spot. Dude did great job all year and got them there and 3rd base coaching is a lot harder than people think.

If he is my kid and he isn’t going to play in college…up to him. Normally I would be really protective but if you are done after this, go out with giving it everything you could to win a ship and become a legend.
