Why is it every time I go to a game at Bobby Dodd there are more UGA fans than Tech fans?

UGA fans buy up the tickets. In past years, UGA fans could buy a package that included the UGA game. Tech did away with that a few years ago and it has helped keeping the mutts out but ya'll are still going to have a large number of fans. It isn't near as red as it once was.

My BIL is a Tech grad. He's a big time math nerd. He also has 'To Hell with Georgia' written on shite all over their house. Dumass.

Here's another stat - Tech has a higher PPG than any team UGA has played this year. The only two teams in the top 50, Tennessee and South Carolina, scored 44 and 35 points on UGA.

UGA buys up the tickets from whom?


Does the University of Georgia buy them from the Georgia Institute of Technology, then sell them to UGA fans?


Does the Georgia Institute of Technology just sell them to the general public?


I've heard the commercials on ATL radio selling, or trying to sell, Georgia Tech tickets.


Is that how it works? Can't sell enough to your own fans, so you sell them to UGA fans who will buy a season set just to watch one game? Dumping the rest on Craig's List and eventually the recycling bin because Tech can't scrape together a half-stadium full of fans?
