Well considering he's been prepping...

NBATV had a segment where he was talking to a couple of the draftees from this year that was pretty good

Okafor went 3rd in a better draft just last year and put up good numbers. Nobody can agree who the 3rd best prospect even is. What's funny?

Darko went 2nd overall in one of the best drafts in NBA history...

So far Okafor has proved his detractors to be right. He is a questionable fit in modern NBA basketball. It has to be the right team for him to work and be highly successful.

He went third but in a re-draft? He would go behind Kristaps, Booker and maybe even Willie Cauley Stein and Hezonja.

I think the upside of Bender and Dunn is going to be higher then Okafor and so far it seems teams agree.

That is actually a team I think he could be pretty successful on.

I don't think he will ever develop into a full time PG but maybe as a CJ McCollum/OJ Mayo spark plug offensive player/poor defender that can facilitate and play point for short bursts and give you a handful of solid assists a game. That seems realistic.

Which is kinda what you need with Simmons. Though more define would be ideal.

It's a message board, don't take things too seriously. Of course I don't expect Ingram to be the next Durant despite their similarities

I don't disagree with anything you said but there are questions about every draft prospect too. But when it comes to the draft and prospects I guess the devil you don't know is better than the devil you do.

I know it will never happen, but I want to just trade everything for D'Angelo. The thought of a Booker/Russell backcourt makes my heart skip several beats

As a Laker fan, super excited about the pick. He is the perfect 3. Long arms, nice stroke, and great defender. Most importantly, he fits our NEED. No one is like KD, but give him 3 yrs, he is gonna be an all star.

My gut feeling as a Celtic fan is that Heild is last in our list of potential picks. After Dunn, Bender, Brown, Murray, and Chriss

I would be livid if the Lakers traded Russell for anything less than a king's ransom. I think he's going to develop into a star. Russell/Ingram/Randle could be a very, very good young trio to build around.
