There's a belief in the fancystats crowd that goalies doesn't really matter... they are wrong. The only way to compensate for a Crawford or a Fleury is to be so much better than anyone else that the extra soft goal they allow won't hurt you, as it means you win 4-3 instead of 4-2. You don't need Patrick Roy...

You know what I think of CP31.
I feel MAF is not a guy who can win you the Cup but can lose it. Yes I know MAF won one, but so did Cam Ward.

Toad use your SMS edducation. MAF did not win that cup, he was Grant Fuhr just don't lose the game. He has never been asked to be Marty or Beeser where if he sucked they have no chance.
