The guy from the committee that they interviewed this AM said it very likely wouldnt impact their decisions. The hosts made the argument that it could help to get in bc they are going to be playing angry now.

I don't care if they get in or not, but how the hell could that not impact their decision. It isn't like an injured star player, it's the fing Head Coach

i'm actually glad it doesn't impact their decision. Who gets in should be based off the on field results and nothing else

No it should be 4 best teams as it always should be. ND has to take a hit for not having their HC IMO.
As I said, it's not a big deal to me if they go or not but that seems strange.

They've said they take into account if an impact player is hurt. And they've said the coaching situation of a team could make a difference.
No reason to think a guy with zero HC experience wouldn't have a negative impact.

Alabama loses, they should be out no matter what, unless Michigan and Cincinnati both lose, but then you could make the argument that Baylor and Iowa get in because they won their conference championship.
