Judges have a lot of discretion in a court room, especially on the local level.
It’s not like the whole reporter thing is a Supreme Court case.
There’s an unlimited number of cases from different counties/states that you can compare and virtually identical with polar opposite results. Judges have biases and opinions like the rest of us

When I saw the video I assumed he knew the officer and was playing around with him.
I wouldn't press charges for that personally, but stay out of folks personal space if you dont know them. Don't be an idiot. Its not that hard.

What an absolute fig. He should be fired and permanently barred from working any security job or police gig for the rest of his days. Insecure shitheads shouldn't have any authority over anyone else. Named and shamed too--this guy should be the absolute laughingstock of the state for life.

I have probably never defended OBJ on here before but that cop sucks and OBJ doesn’t deserve to be arrested for that

I’m over OBJ, and all these OBJ stories.
But frick that security guard....Be an adult and use context and your brain. Not to mention GTFO of the champions locker room. He had no business being in there to begin with. The security guard needlessly created a situation where there didn’t have to be one. Every champion, at every level above HS, in every city, in every stadium in the history of sports smokes cigars and drinks champagne/beer in the locker room after winning a title.

Just think...had they not been in there needlessly telling champions to put out their very common-practice-in-sports victory cigars, this could have all been avoided.
