You have a good point about scheduling the conference in advance instead of simply doing one right then and there. I can't think of a good reason for the DA to announce a conference tomorrow instead of just coming out with it already unless there are behind the scenes happenings or he's giving FSU and Winston a heads up.
Despite that, I find it hard to believe he'll get charged. At one point, I thought for sure he would but Meggs has kissed as much FSU arse in public as the TPD does in private. I've never witnessed a DA suck up to the accused and talk about he worries about ruining the life of someone accused but Meggs has done exactly that. Despite the hot political situation and nature of the case, it's been utterly amazing to see a DA behave like he has.

FSU could lose their best player and rumors are that this could impact FSU ranking meaning FSU could win and not play for the title and you don't care about it

i know some fsu fans that are on suicide watch today. fsu leaves for charlotte this afternoon and heard some say they are nervous that he wont be on the plane

I meant we don't care that we're waiting to see if a guy is charged. I don't think he did it, but I'd rather see him get charged.
