My line of thinking now is that JW won't be charged BUT it might be a case where there just wasn't enough evidence to bring charges. While obviously someone would be in the wrong, either the girl or JW still, without charges. It might be that Meggs doesn't punish the girl either because her side just didn't have enough rather than she was a proven liar. Maybe it's even a case of a crazy night and both the accused and the accuser genuinely believe they are in the right. This is speculation of course but if there are not charges much of this evidence will come to light and we'll all get a clearer picture either way.

I highly doubt the Winston family will press charges on her if the charges on him are dropped. No reason for Winston's family to carry this out any longer and continue to make it a story. Just let it drop and move on

Just said something about a reliable poster from a private message board that said he will not be charged, but the week delay was to give time to the Winston family to decide if they were going to press charges.
