Omg you're hilarious and so creative...
I'm just trying to figure out why every rape story on here always ends up with a bunch of dudes worried about being falsely accused of rape? Unless you are putting yourself in situations that could be construed as such why do you care? Winston obviously made a bad choice at the very least and at worst he is a criminal of the worst kind. I don't understand why people feel the need to jump on the side of the accused and not the actual victim?

It's the exact opposite. I could never come close to raping a girl. If I lived 20 lives I would never come close. And yet I could easily be accused of rape. Any sexually active male could.

That is where I disagree. You get accused by making bad choices in partners or preying on drunk girls.
ETA: This doesn't look good for Winston but I would like to hear all the facts. Especially what his room mate that supposedly witnessed it has to say.

Thats the only thing I wonder about. So they went to some random apartment...but didnt know a name there? Then didnt inform the police where this apartment was so they could lead the cops to them.
Again, I agree.....Winston, the cops, everyone looks bad. But if they identified a roommate (again..how did they know that...unless they were told that...but not know names?)
If she was raped, I feel awful for her and Jameis is indeed in deep trouble with the law.
If she wasnt.....the timeline seems more like "GTFO....my girlfriend will be in town in 6 hours."
Just saying.
Hopefully the truth will come out.

and the police never went to the apt to interview anyone or college evidence, etc.... the police look almost as bad as JW in this whole situation
