In the second incident, Winston came into a Burger King with three men but did not order food. An employee, who recognized him, first saw him using ketchup cups to take soda. He asked for a water cup after she told him to stop, but he admitted he would use it for soda and filled it repeatedly with soda over her objections, the report said.

Additionally there is an distinct element of interest from Bama fans due to the fact JW is right out of a high school from a city 40 miles away from the UA campus...but of course we can't let obvious facts ruin a feel good false narrative can we?

But Nicholas's lawsuit is nonetheless a surprise. In a handwritten motion filed November 18, Nicholas outlines an alleged internet friendship with the quarterback gone horribly wrong. He claims the two became buddies on MySpace but then "the messages became sexual where Winston would ask me to perform sexual acts on him and try to lure me to Florida to have sex with him."

"I'm not homosexual and I told Winston this," Nicholas continues, but "Winston told me he doesn't care. Winston sent me a picture of himself naked holding his erect penis in his hand smiling."

Not trying to be a dicke but your response does not apply to my statement. I didn't say that in all previous cases, i said in previous cases. So my statement only applies to situations where charges were lowered, i.e. Peter Warrick.

you are correct. in this case, they didn't lower the charges or offer a plea. instead, they prosecuted on charges that took 30 minutes to acquit. spare me the innocent act. you implied fsu players get undue consideration. not true in this case.

I think my favorite part of this is the "Jameis Winston d/b/a Florida State Seminole's Quarterback."

Wrong again and I'm getting tired of making you look stupid. I used an example of charges being lowered with Peter Warrick. If you would look back a few pages you will see another person post an opinion about charges being lowered and used Peter Warrick, but the statement was as much a generalization as it was an attempt to sensationalize the current situation. So I tried to clear it up and explain how it could be viewed rationally

ruiz did not offer a plea, and the swiftness of the acquittal demonstrates the weakness of the case

Any woman who has a relationship with a man and subsequently accuses them of rape is going to have a hard time being believed. Not having any real knowledge of the case, I'm not sure whether or not it was a good idea to try the case.

Boosters collaborating with the police to cover up a rape of their QB to keep their NC hopes alive, sounding a lot like lack of institutional control. I can see the NCAA looking into this when all is said and done.

This was my theory pages ago, that clown TheOcean said it was ridiculous. Irony that the only ridiculousness in this thread is the false bullshite these guys keep posting from those amazing sources is not lost upon me.

Quite obvious, they are holding off charging him so the University won't be penalized for his transgressions. The allure of the money, exposure and chance to win a championship for a University which hasn't done so in nearly a decade and a half is too great to turn down.

One thing I do find hilarious is the hypocrisy from our FSU supporters. They use the alleged rape victims supposed social media to damn her then they write off the use of the TPD cover up polices officers social media as not damning.

The best part about this is, if Jameis wasn't a star football player, they'd be calling for his head and analyzing every fault like any other alleged black criminal or even non (Trayvon Martin).

I don't know what happened in this case but I'm having a hard time buying the cover up conspiracy. Tallahassee is a part of the South and this is a white frat girl that has a lawyer in her family. When this happened EJ was the starting Qb and Coker was the backup. I understand being a fan and I'm sure they knew who Winston was but that's a lot to overlook to think that this was a group effort to sweep it under the rug.

True, but even if he gets out of this, Winston is no perfect dude- shooting out windows with BB gun & stealing drink at store.

Since when does white girl trump money and self-interest even here in the south? Green has always been the most important color.

Also, you can down play Jameis all you want, but to the staff and those in the know he had always been a can't miss for not one but two sports.

Think if this was AJ and not Jameis. Are you telling me you wouldn't think it was fishy how all this has come down? You telling me you wouldn't be curious to why a two week "deadline" has been announced which so happens to allow AJ to play against Auburn and a possible SEC CG?

Come on...

I don't think many of you guys are aware that Jacob Coker pushed Winston in camp to actually make it a battle. He was not anywhere close to being the same star he was even when he was just named the starter compared to when all this went down.

This is true..

Jimbo said Coker's got the strongest arm of a QB he's coached since JaMarcus. Also...he's a better athlete/runner than Winston as well.

Hope he doesnt transfer to Bama.

Mr Jansen would not be drawn on who the witnesses are, but they are believed to be another football player and one of the complainants friends.

Speaking last night, Mr Jansen said: ‘I have two affidavits from witnesses who were there on the night and they both say nothing illegal took place.

‘The facts are that there were four people present; three are saying nothing illegal happened and the other is the complainant.

‘That testimony will be credible and will exonerate my client. I believe she (the alleged victim) has acknowledged other persons being there.’

State Attorney Willie Meggs is currently deciding whether to charge Heisman Trophy front-runner Winston, or dismiss the accusations. On Tuesday he told MailOnline nothing will be finalised until next week at the earliest.

But Mr Jansen is so confident in 19-year-old Winston’s case that he met with prosecutors yesterday morning to try to speed things up. He also wants a quick resolution to avoid any potential damage to FSU's season.

He said: ‘We were hoping to get this done as soon as possible. I met with the prosecutor this morning and told him our desire to get this resolved and asked if we could assist him in any way to speed things up and he said there was nothing we could do to help expedite things.

'We expressed our concern for the delay... that it's gonna harm (Winston) and the university. A quicker decision would be beneficial to all, including public citizens.'

He added: ‘We have been made aware of certain things on social media. I do not think we will have to use it as I believe Mr Meggs will make the right decision on this.’
