so is it safe to assume the "rape" was JW PIIHB when she wasnt expecting it and then told her she had to go? no DNA was found in her vaginal or cervical examine, but DNA was found on an anal swab.

You're forgetting a few clues.
SHE never called the police. It was her roommate/friend.
She went back to the place. Obviously pissed and had a conversation with her friend. She told her friend something that didnt sound right. The friend called the police and then called her mom shortly after. Thus putting her in a situation to go forward with everything.
Reading her report..I do believe she left out a lot of details of how she got there, giving him a BJ, etc etc. She probably didnt tell her friend that. Just some random attacker incident.
