Congrats. I generally consider detached moderation a tell-tale sign of modesty, intelligence, and objectivity. Sometimes it's simply a mark of intellectual laziness or cowardice, however.
The legal system in this country is a beautiful thing. Can you say beyond reasonable doubt that Winston raped the accuser? No, you cannot. That same reasonable doubt standard should apply to the accuser. Can you say beyond a reasonable doubt that she was not raped by Winston or that she was not raped at all? No, you cannot.
Winston is a free man, and I have no problem with that whatsoever. I also do not feel the need to belittle the accuser. Pretty simple.

A few weeks ago you claimed Jansen leaked that the accuser described her attacker as 5'9 to 5'11. Just now you claimed it was FSU fans.
That is 100% incorrect. That came from the official police report released by TPD to the media/TMZ.

I said they were pushing th 5'11" descrepancy as if he wasnt the one. Not even there
Then the DNA came out, proving he was there , and was the one
Yet the FSU tards (cough, cough) kept ranting about the physical description
So today, the description was released and lo and behold, he was described fairly accurately.

Doesn't matter...No charges
Just like people want to hate on the Zim Zam, he was not guilty either

if he didnt do it, im glad no charges were filed. if he did do it and got away with it because of police incompetence/collusion, i hope he breaks his neck playing football and is paralyzed for life.

So how is it wrong for FSU fans to push it? EVERYONE pushed it, not only FSU fans. Why? Because it is fact that she told police 5'9 to 5'11.
This is what the media gave us at the time. There is nothing wrong with looking at 5'9 to 5'11 and saying 'well that certainly doesn't match Winston'
None of this matters, it's over

I believe now the best term to use is the "accused"

Jameis raped Nelson Mandela to death.

Noted. I'm 30, went to school in the NE, and have heard every possible sensitivity brief since being a naval officer. So shut the frick up.

Elizabeth Smart didn't want to go home after being kidnapped & raped because losing her virginity made her feel guilty & ashamed. Felt worthless because of what she was taught about girls & sex.
Comparing that case to thse sorts. My parents and I literally wept when she was found alive. We had some very good LDS friends at the time, and no one could believe it. Comparing this to false date-rape is a joke. Shut the frick up.
Honestly I don't care about your 'sensitivity' training considering the number of military sex scandals & your snippy attitude calling a teenage girl a 'tramp' . Real becoming of a Naval Officer & a testament to your great military 'sensitivity' training I guess.
Sorry you & your Mother were so personally invested in a young girl (Smart) you never knew(one of thousands that go missing).
I wasn't comparing the cases 'Mr Sensitivity' I was only making the point of how young girls are taught about sex. Having sex makes them 'worthless' 'tramps'(your term) whores' sluts' & like Smart says(like used up chewing gum). The sexist double standards puts a lot of pressure on young girls to suppress their sexuality & be embarrassed about it & subsequently ashamed.
Who knows what happened , but the girl was probably a bit tipsy & felt that she was at least ' taken advantage ' of.
That being said I think the Prosecutor obviously would have had a tough case & did the right thing.
Thought I was gonna have a civil exchange ,but I guess that was naive considering a Naval Officer(Mr Sensitivity) is calling teenaged girls 'tramps' because they dare have sex (like most boys her age are encouraged , expected & damn near applauded).

Those FSU students Schlabach talked to sound absolutely retarded. Not that students from any other football school would sound any smarter.

Sounds like the prosecutors had enough evidence (accusation/dna/witnesses) to put this before a grand jury and get an indictment.
He may have eventually been acquitted, but a jury should have been the ones to determine that. If that same fact pattern applied to some regular joe, you can bet they're going to trial.

If he really raped her, he will probably get in trouble again (see Memphis State and former Mizzou guard Michael Dixon). If she made it all up, her life will continue to unravel (see Duke Lacrosse accuser). Life has a way of working these things out. It's hard to escape who you are in the long run.
