Can you link the affidavit? I've only seen the reports on it, but would like to read it in its entirety.

“Her next memory is the suspect dressing her then putting her on a black scooter. She told him where she lived and he dropped her off at the intersection of Call and stadium. The victim has no idea where the incident occurred.”

No and if you read my posts, I fully ackowledge the football connections HOWEVER, to use the term "The FSU side" presumes that it's an identifiable group who all believe JW is innocent and the common denominator is it's based on being an FSU fan. How about the side of "let's get the facts straight then make judgments"??? While this does have a big football impact, his innocence or guilt should not be based on where your team allegiance lies.

Thank you! I am just doing my level best to bring some reason and caution into something that is a very touchy and emotional situation and can easily create knee-jerk reactions/posts which are dead wrong and do a disservice to everyone involved.

As for whether he assaulted the girl or not, I just don't have enough info to make a call one way or the other. Might have enough once all of the investigative records are released.

Jeez that's her story? No wonder it all doesn't add up. She was "too drunk" to know what was going on but her toxicology report tells a different tale. And she sent text messages to him afterwards yet didn't know who it was when the alleged rape occurred?
