I salute them and wish there were more guys around the country with their mindset. Saban preaches incessantly about creating value for yourself. These two are obviously bought in completely.

Bitch about Nick all u want but, after watching how a highly heralded recruit act like a moron at practice and again later at a track meet, he and his staff backed off due to “character” questions…..

Player had a good career but “character” did him in

Alabama players having pride and setting examples when it comes to not quitting has become tradition.

Similar to how it’s tradition for LSU players to quit.

These programs have completely different identities and cultures when it comes to finishing a season for your brothers.

Doesn’t matter. He’s not wrong, other than maybe where they’ll be drafted.

K-State has at least three players who will be drafted if they decide to go pro who are also not opting out.

C'mon reaulxtide222, you know that's a bunch of crap! Nick saban may have instilled that in you guys program, but he did the same at LSU before he came to you guys. There's still a lot of people hurt by him being at Bama, they feel betrayed and will probably never get over it. But we're in a new age now where these athletes are only concerned about themselves and their families. Well, some of them feel like that anyways.

Probably got an NiL type deal to play the bowl game. Maybe a few hundred thousand each to play.
