Won't the ice be lousy if multiple games are played at the same arena in one day? If we don't want NBC's crappy coverage are the team's own TV network allowed to carry the opening round like in the past? Is CBC and Sportsnet showing any of the games without a Canadian team?

All great questions if those cities get soaring temperatures. I seem to remember Edmonton's old stadium was said to have the best ice in the league. CBC is running Montreal/Pens and Flames/Jets tonight. So, it looks like they will do the typical schedule and try to put on Canadian games until those teams are eliminated.

Another problem with playing multiple games in one arena on the same day is if the first game goes 2-3 OT it pushes back the start time of the next game.
I found out the Blues round robin games will be carried on
their own TV partner. The announcers will be doing the telecast back home from a video feed.
I just watched a video of what life in the bubble is like. Though not ideal, it still looks fairly nice. Rogers Place and the area around it looks like an awesome place to be. Right now it's 84 in Edmonton and 80 in Toronto, so the heat shouldn't be much of a factor on the ice. It was incredibly in the 70's here today. Probably the only time all year it will be cooler here than Canada.

Heat isn’t what hurts arena ice. It’s humidity with nobody really being in arena it should be fine unless Toronto gets like 90%
