How wacky would it be if Francouz got hurt, and the Avalanche had to use their emergency goalie? I presume each team brought their emergency goalie with them.

Avs put themselves in a nice position- they can easily match the Stars offensively. Defensively, the Avs have been a mess. I bet the Avs top line stays on the ice a crazy long time in period three.

We should have had 2 games today. Bruins and Lightning wrapped up their series of Wednesday. They should be playing today/tonight. It could have been an outstanding NBC doubleheader. There is no reason to wait until tomorrow to start that series. Flyers/Islanders should also be tomorrow with the other series. This random inexplicable scheduling goofiness makes no sense.
