St. Louis is a shithole with 3 mil metro and supports hockey, I’m sure Houston, being the 5th largest metro in the country, can make it work.
FWIW - I think Austin can do it as well.

I think the Austin being thrown in the mix is just being done to try to get more concessions from somebody in Harris County
