Lighting up 4-2 over shitty Red Wings…

I won’t say the Avs won the Rantanen trade, but we sure didn’t lose it.
Necas has been amazing with the top line, Rantanen’s game has slowed down in the same timeframe and he’s out with a LBI.

Panthers just ripped 4 goals in less than 12 minutes

US has turned up the heat on Finland at the start of the 3rd period. What was a close game is now a blowout.

No need to make a separate thread about this so I'm going to post this here. The NHL lost a legend last night. Mike Lange, the HoF voice of the Penguins, passed away last night at 76. He was the voice of the Pens on both radio and TV(more the former) for over 50 years.
This one hurts. A lot. Sad day for Pens fans everywhere and for Western/SW PA. RIP Mike.
"Elvis has just left the building!"
Go scratch St.Peter's back with a hacksaw, Mike. You will be missed.

The longtime voice of hockey in Pittsburgh has gone silent.
Mike Lange, the play-by-play man for the Pittsburgh Penguins for nearly five decades, died Wednesday at age 76.
There was no immediate word on the cause of death, but health issues had been the primary reason he left the broadcast booth.
Lange, a native of Sacramento, joined the Penguins in 1974, after a stint with the San Diego Gulls of the Western Hockey League.
He left the team after one season because it was in bankruptcy and called Washington Diplomats soccer games, but returned for the 1976-77 season and never left again.
Lange became renowned both locally and around the hockey world for his creative goal calls and sayings, including “Buy Sam a drink and get his dog one, too,” “He’s smiling like a butcher’s dog,” and, after the Penguins had secured a victory, “Ladies and gentlemen, Elvis has just left the building.”
Until the arrival of Mario Lemieux in 1984, Lange was probably the most popular member of the organization, and he is credited with keeping interest in pro hockey alive here when the Penguins weren’t doing a very good job of that.
In 2019, the Penguins honored Lange by naming the media level (press box) after him. They also had a pregame ceremony recognizing his contributions to the organization a few months after he retired

It really does.
Participation has been egregiously abysmal especially compared with last year’s thread.

All the pins are anchored at the bottom, why is that?
Anyways, following up a great 4 Nations Tournament with a great game on ABC right out of the gate. Wild score two late to force OT in Detroit.

I don’t understand how the Wild keep winning with their injury situation
Also Washington has 8 goals and Ovi has none
Pittsburgh may finish last in the East they are a disgrace
I know Sid wants to finish it out there but he’s just rotting there - get him on a contender

Avs dominate the Preds and lose again
Goalied - happening way too often this year against bad teams
This is a wild card team with no depth scoring - tons of goals when goalies were bad now no goals when goalies are good
However oddly enough I feel better about their chances against Edmonton than I do V Dallas or Winnipeg. So maybe the standings will stay the same.

Come on Avalanche. I need the Blues to get a higher draft pick.

I will need to find a new app to post pics from (no idea why Imgur shut down on me) but i just got my buddy's dhgate order. It is a pretty damn good job minus the fact that the last name for his customers character was misspelled (two letters needed a swap.)

You should have been able to find a good deal on a legit Adidas that won't fall apart after 2 washes. NHL Shop just put up the old Adidas on clearance.

Just went through the catalog and I'm not a fan of any of the teams, although that alternative Colorado jersey looks very clean

Jets are on another lengthy winning streak.
Kings have erased a 2 goal deficit in the 3rd period on TNT. And now get a power play after a failed Canucks review.

There are deals on Reddit and eBay all the time. I found dirt cheap hand stitched Adidas jerseys on eBay before. If you know how to shop around, legit Adidas aren't that much more than the shitty fakes.
