Why does every defensive back panic the second they get six inches out of position on a pass? Raiders drew a pass interference call on a pass O'Connell threw as he tripped over his offensive lineman's leg. The pass had no chance of being caught and the DB still freaked out and tackled Bowers before the ball got anywhere near him.
