He did stop his arm from going forward, but I don't think I could disagree with either call.

They'll probably overturn that but that was closer than it looked at first. But his arm was going forward so most likely incomplete.

This call would be so much bigger if the game was closer

Personally don't think there's enough to overturn call on field but man that is close and probably 3/4 of time that is incomplete pass

It is at the point where he was going to start going forward. A pure example of "the call should stand" type of play but they've ignored that for years anyway. I expect it to be overturned to keep the game competitive.
