What moron made the decision to put these on Netflix and prime versus regular broadcast TV?

It's not a problem for me, personally, but why would you limit your audience so you can blast them repeatedly with stranger things fricking commercials?

The ratings killed it last year

And it made it easier for people in other countries to watch so non American ratings were high as well.

Why does CBS keep flashing Netflix on the screen? What does CBS get for doing that? I understand game also on Netflix, but they are rivals.

Because CBS is handling the production of these games. Plus Nate, Matt Ryan and Ian Eagle work for CBS

Probably because Netflix has the rights to the game but is required to provide it over the air in each of the teams’ local market and they have a CBS crew doing the game sooooo

During game interviews are annoying. Interviews are for pregame, halftime and post game.

What they are telling you is the game is so bad we have divert your attention with alternate content.
