I think that should’ve been a TD in the Chiefs game. The ball got punched out after he had possession in the end zone and he wasn’t going to the ground so it should’ve been dead when he secured the ball.
It would’ve been called back for OPI but they still would’ve had another third and goal.

He only took one step.
I thought the ball the Lions WR lost on the ground could have been close though. He had the ball, securely, and went to the ground with it securely. The defender then fell on him and knocked it out in that process.
Probably not enough to overrule it though.
