I feel like that's the case with every team in the NFC South and AFC South with the exception of the Saints. The south is college football country and it just seems like there's a lack of passion, fan interest, and attention on their NFL teams compared to college football.

c. after (a) and (b) have been fulfilled, performs any act common to the game (e.g., tuck the ball away, extend it forward, take an additional step, turn upfield, or avoid or ward off an opponent), or he maintains control of the ball long enough to do so.
