Lance Moore has really come into his own and could probably be in discussion of Top 5-10 of #2 receivers.

I think, if the Saints make the playoffs and Brees plays his way into the top 5 in terms of QB rating (he's gone from ~25th after week 3 to 7th now), he has to be in the conversation. He would have done so with an all-time bad defense and no running game for the first 7 games, and without a head coach for the entire season.
