That kicker blasting a 62 yarder and knowing immediately it was good, turning his back, and strutting off without even waiting to see it cross the goalposts is EASILY the swaggiest thing a kicker has ever done

And yet yall crucified me and my boy for saying the Broncos week 1 FG wasnt the worst decision in coaching history and was actually smarter than going for 4th and 5 and then still needing a 57 yarder even if you converted.

Brandy Mac barely missed it and easily had the leg.

Everybody was pulling outdated / irrelevant stats to "prove" kick had a "2% chance" when it actually had around a 40% chance.

Then we have college kickers who miss extra points and FGs under 30 yards too

It’s honestly ruining the game. The fact that you can win a game by kicking a game winner on your side of the 50 is ridiculous.

Pretty good job. Right up there with being a successful but not famous PGA golfer.

You can have a long career with great money and retire by 40 with good health

I think that London game told the tale.

Lutz made a 60 yarder at the end and then people were upset he doinked a 61 yarder at the very end. Fans expectations of kickers is insane right now.

Time to narrow the goal posts and move them back IMO.

Can you imagine a QB throwing a pass from their own 38 yard line and it’s caught two or three yards in the end zone to win with a TD?
