He also called Colin Kapernick a top 5 qb before he made Swiss cheese out of the Packers D.

So he is 1-1 on long term calls after the first week of the season.

....courtesy of Chip Kelly's offense. Ron "I played quarterback at Youngstown State and think that is big time college football" Jaworski said Kelly's offense would never work in the big bad NFL. So sick and tired of these arrogant elitist know it all NFL blowhards who think the college game and everything about it is beneath them and could never work in the NFL. Chip Kelly is sticking a big middle finger directly in the face of the Ron Jaworskis, Mark Schlereths, and Merrill Hoges of the world.

Well fvcking said brother!

People have no fvcking clue how smart Kelly is. I'd say he's probably one of the top 5 smartest men in the game today. The dude is brilliant.

He'll adapt his offense accordingly to tweak it as required at the professional level while still pushing the limit of what's been done at the NFL.

I realize it's only one game. I still agree that pro style and West Coast offenses are safer bets in the NFL but I like the fact that a spread offense is working SO FAR in the NFL and it will probably lead to more variety in NFL offenses.

Skill guys taking tons of hits will be the downfall. More plays more hits.....

Skins had all off-season...everyone already has tape.

It's not like Chip was bringing a secret to the NFL (CK/RGIII) last year...or that they didn't have tape of him at Oregon.

I've been saying it for 3 years. Look through any thread on Kelly I've been a part of.

People who know the game say he got more done at the college level in his practices than Saban did. I've been at an LSU practice when Saban was there (obviously still early in his coaching development), and I've been to 2 in Oregon under Kelly. I've never seen anything like it, the man's a genius.

NFL people have been drooling over him for years they just didn't have the balls to pull the trigger because of his offense. Now someone did and the personnel looks like a perfect fit.

Exactly. Defenses always adapt quickly in the NFL. That is one of the biggest differences between college and the pros is the ability for the defenses faced each week to adapt and attack his game plan.

I wont say he is going to be a good or bad HC long term in the NFL right now, just too early to tell. However, the college honks who feel the need to stroke their inferiority complexes by annoying him the Messiah after one game are hilarious. Pure entertainment.

A true Bill Walsh style NFL offense hasn't been used since Bill Walsh retired. The only thing that modern "West Coast" offenses have in common is that the feature short quick routes more often, but that's it. Hell even the Air Raid emphasizes that.

To win in the NFL, you have to be dynamic and multiple on offense. Unfortunately, too many guys are just trying to play it safe and keep getting a paycheck rather than excelling at the game - I'm looking at you Norv Turner and Rex Ryan.

Vick is already limping off of the field. He will not make it to week six.

I've read some crocks of shite but this is the best in a while.

He is a genius.....everybody hurry up to the line so we can run a play fast......

This uptempo shite is gonna deplete there 53 man roster by week 6.

He has more fan boys than Harry potter.
