Walter has one in latest update, Haskins to the Packers at 30.

30. Green Bay Packers: Dwayne Haskins, QB, Ohio State
The Packers taking a quarterback!? What's the meaning of this, exactly? Well, they've been meeting with some of the first-round signal-callers in this class, so it's certainly a possibility. Given Aaron Rodgers' age and declining durability, it's something they must consider if one of the four first-round quarterbacks falls to No. 30. In this case, it's Dwayne Haskins, who is reportedly going to have a free fall on Draft Day, as Rodgers once did.

-It wouldn't shock me if Devin White dropped out of the top five. Specifically, 10th to Denver.
-Bust: Josh Jacobs, Drew Lock, Daniel Jones & DK Metcalf

Dwayne Haskins is the 3rd qb taken but ends up being the best of the class

I think it would be bolder to think Devin White will actually go in the top 5. Who is the last inside linebacker to be drafted that high?

Daniel Jones gets drafted in the top 10 and is the best QB from the class.

I am not an NFL draft expert, but I don't understand what the negatives on his game are.
No he's not mobile, but none of the best QBs in the game today are. Tom, Drew, Phillip, Ben etc. all can barely run.
He only has one year starting experience. This is used as a negative for Haskins but never brought up for Murray. Murray had maturity issues at A&M as well
He had great players around him. all the best teams have great talent around them. OU with Baker had studs at the skill positions.
I'm not saying Haskins is some can't miss guy, but the negative seem kind of made up on his game.

If the Skins draft Jones or Haskins in the first round I’ll officially give up believing they have any chance of winning a SB as long as Snyder owns the team.

The two biggest steals of the draft will both be Mississippi State D-Linemen when we look back. Sweat has a "heart condition" and Simmons is coming off of an ACL tear. Both are top 10 talents, but both will slip to the lower 1st round, maybe early 2nd.

I see a lot of similarities between Haskins and Joe Flacco

I was going to start a thread with something like:
If you know you would get Philip Rivers for 12 years, would you use your first round pick on him?
I think he's Philip Rivers myself, and I would take Rivers with a top 5 pick every year. No he hasn't won a superbowl but he's been very good for a long time
Edit: seen a few comparisons to Drew Bledsoe which is the same type of guy. Bledsoe led the league in passing one year and was a 4X pro bowler. Is that a sure fire first round QB? I would say so

Well neither are first round talents so it’s a perfectly reasonable statement. Neither will be long term starters in the league imo. Such a weak draft QB draft class.

Haskins is definitely a first round talent.

No he isn’t. A few people in the league I know have him graded as low as a 4th rounder. We can bookmark this thread and check back in a few years.

I mean only like 2 QBs every 5 years live up to their first round billings so you have a good chance of being right.
Riddick says he is the #1 QB and it's not even close. So there are people in the know who like him a ton too. It's how it always is around the draft
