alright, a 2 yard penalty..
should they consider changing these personal foul penalties inside the 15 or whatever to change from half the distance of the goal.. to maybe start from the 1 yard line.. now i know that would only be another yard or 2 here.. but still.. start them from the 1! ha
idk, just seems questionable that such a typical hurting penalty doesn't really hurt much in situations like this..
