They are gonna have the same team on 2 weeks in a row? Kinda surprising.

Jim really does own Carroll in both levels of football.

This is gonna be a great team.

These teams are similar in so many ways, with the elite running games, stout front 7s, and even te rookie QBs.. and Harbaugh v Carroll

two of the top 5 teams in the NFL right now.

The only other options would have been Texans/Vikings or Giants/Ravens.

I think NBC had money on the Pats tonight so next week would have been for the West.

does the NFL not still have that flex schedule, or is that just for the mid-afternoon games?

They do. The 49ers @ Seahawks game got moved to Sunday night earlier last week I believe.

Can't wait for this game. These might be my two favorite teams to watch outside of the Saints this season. Those defenses are nothing but mean, grown-arse freaks flying around with no restraint.

I also love both of the offenses. Sure is awesome watching this "gimmicky college stuff that could never work in the NFL" being run to perfection by 2 first-year starters.

to all the stubborn NFL coaches and analysts who said it couldn't be done.
