At what point will this place host the SEC Championship Game?

People on here love to talk about places being dangerous. I've been to several games at the Georgia Dome and didn't feel unsafe at all. There are like 70,000 people in the area before and after the games.

It looks good. Does it have floor level suites like Dallas? Still think that is a really dumb idea.

Has a lounge you can go to, don't think they are suites. Basically a bar area you can walk down to. Braves have a similar type lounge behind home plate, downstairs.

I can only assume that you have never been to an Atlanta Falcons game at the Georgia Dome.

then you would be incorrect.

I've been to major sporting events at both venues as well.

The placement of the video screens seems unfortunate... neck-pain inducing.

Honestly, I don't like it. It's ugly, looks like a rectum from on top and a crushed beer can from the side, and the video screens are badly placed.

And it's not because I don't like the Falcons. I don't like the Cowboys, either, and their new stadium is the tits.

I'm always excited for the game when I go to the Georgia Dome, but the stadium experience is pretty bland. I think that drove them to a new stadium so soon-they barely missed catering to the increased demand for the big club/lounge areas, among other amenities.

The new stadium looks like a fun venue to me, can't wait to watch LSU play a game there. That concert setup at the end looked good too.

is the Georgia Dome just some huge fixture now?

seems kind of pointless to try and connect with a transient population and build another stadium.
