Michigan insider Chris balas on On3 says Michigan is still expecting a season suspension for harbaugh.

There is no smoking gun, there will never be now that essentially Stalions, DC Minter, etc aren't rolling over to the NCAA. And they never should.

I would have more respect for the NCAA if they just came out and said... It was a dumb rule anyway - open season everyone. Instead of, The guy in charge of the program ...that is the nexus of all game day communication...the one constant amongst all staff changes...he had no idea rules were being broken
