Looking at the bracket, I’m circling South Carolina/Central Connecticut as the most ripe for a 1/4 upset.
Not saying it will happen, because CCSU is very wish washy, but South Carolina is broken right now.

Fullerton didn't even win the Big West. UC San Diego won it but were ineligible for post season play because still in transition period to D1

The PAC is a round robin schedule. No reason to stack rank conference teams by any other measure than how they did against each other
