SMS just got a crewed in seeding top 25 team is a 3? But they got put in a good regional. I was thinking Purdue would be in Oxford and SMS in Minneapolis

Missouri State has a solid RPI but only 4 wins vs RPI top-50 and only a decent Non-Conference SOS. I could have seen them as a 2, but I'm not shocked they're a 3.

when is the last time a 3 seed had the highest RPI in their regional?
