Steph is trying to solo LAC, but damn they are so bad defensively on the road (and this year in general).

IDK what the f is wrong with them, but come playoff...they're scary just like last year. they can run wild offensively on any team

My two top teams in the west in the playoffs are clip show and lake show if they come in healthy. I will take those 2 over anyone else.

I still take Denver and Phoenix over them (given both with healthy teams).

I would take them H2H over a team like Sacramento (deep, but otherwise not very top heavy) or GSW/Dallas (albatross defensively) easily.

Both need some big help from their role players. LeBron/AD, Kawhi/PG can put up 50-60 combined a night, but the difference is going to be guys like DLo or Westbrook dropping 20 or not.

Suns-Clippers round 1 might determine the West if Wiggins is out.

Joel Embiid is now currently the betting favorite to win the 2023 NBA MVP.

Well, that changed quickly. Kendrick Perkins flipped the race didn’t he

I think it has more to do with the Nuggets losing four straight and the 76ers winning six straight.

People have been bagging on the Suns bench since the KD trade, but what they dont realize -

The Suns didn't actually lose any bench players - Crowder never played for them, and Bridges, and Johnson were starters.

Their bench is actually 4th in the NBA in bench Net Rating this season despite all the injuries.

What no one talks about is how bad Denver's bench is, and it got even worse when they added Reggie Jackson and Thomas Bryant - they've been absolutely horrible with those 2 added.

In fact, Denver's bench is ranked 2nd to worst in the entire NBA in Net Rating

4 games out of 65 shouldn't swing jokic from being -600 or whatever to not even being favored. the criteria / narrative changed. Jokic was the 6 seed last year and won bc he had the best advanced stats. This year his stats are even better and he is the 1 seed but won’t win it. Using last year criteria jokic would win unanimously this season.

That’s not all that happened though, the guy in second has won six straight and is getting about 38/10 a night. Current betting lines are gonna reflect current events.

Well DEN have better individual players on their bench for sure. PHX bench is full of guys who I can’t envision being rotation guys on a title squad.

He's also a center shooting 60/40/80.

That's absurd.

Phoenix's bench guys have significant playoff experience though, and several have experienced a Finals run.

Payne
Shamet (when healthy)
Craig
Biyombo
Ross
Lee

All have experienced and played in deep playoff runs.

Really the only guys that are somewhat lacking in playoff experience are Ish Wainright and Jock Londale.

Tough game tonight with no dlo and SGA playing. But another big opportunity with the mavs and utah both down double digits in the 3rd and the warriors playing philly
