Congrats dude.

Clippers had a hell of a response today with backs against the wall.

One thing I don’t know is wtf happened to Porzingis.

He looked like he wanted no part of playing in that 2nd half.

Good win, one down, three to go though.

Maybe Kawhi will stick around Dallas after the season. Porzingis isn't working unfortunately, THJ is too inconsistent and Kleber shouldn't be guarding Leonard.

Give Luka a legitimate Robin and we're set. This team looks so lost when he heads to the bench

I get real reflective walking out the arena when the booze hits and you take that L

you look at porzingis and go "oh, here's a 7 foot switch blade defender who can efficiently score at every level with elite handles"

Then you watch him play

If we got one healthy season from him, I think he would be excellent. He'll have great games, but those injuries just don't allow him to get in a consistent flow.

It's frustrating because I love watching him when he's on, but it's too few and far between

That’s the thing, he has games like that. When Luka was out earlier this year he went HAM. He just never seems to consistently have confidence in his lower body and tends to play timid more often than not. It also hurt shin on defense, he really doesn’t trust his legs when playing on ball defense. He was a much better defender in NY before the injuries.

what are your thoughts on Terry Stotts?

Good coach that got complacent.

I’m assuming he gets run if the Blazers lose the series.

Yep.

Do you like him or do you want a change?

I think he’s a terrific coach that got complacent with his schemes. He also has a blind loyalty to Simons and Melo. Don’t get me wrong Melo has been awesome for what he is and I’m not one of those wacky blazers fans that act like Melo single handedly is losing us games but there’s times he’s out there and forcing shots and I’m just left questioning Stotts why. He chose not to develop Little until too late then went to the 8 man rotation you’ve seen to salvage the season. I’m ready for a change but it’s not because of Stotts’ lack of coaching ability. His rotations have been arse and tbh I think we could use a new blood that can get under Dame.

You’re definitely not, which is why I asked. You’re clearly knowledgeable about your team, while remaining as objective as possible, while still being a fan. I’ve always liked Stotts, but maybe it is time for a change if the series doesn’t turn around. I can’t see the Blazers trading CJ or Dame, nor do I think they should.

As you know the playoffs are all about matchups. I honestly think the Blazers would give the Lakers more trouble than the Nuggets,

Anyway, good luck tomorrow and hopefully they’ll be no injuries on either side. In such a short season, it seems like players are dropping like flies. About half the Nuggets starters currently were on two way deals or 10 day contracts at some point. I just hope Facu doesn’t spontaneously combust in the first half.

We have so many trash fans that have this victim complex they always fall back on. I’m sure if you have social media you’ve probably seen a few “refs are winning this series for Denver” posts. It’s annoying. Denver is winning this series because so far they’re the better team. The refs have had a minimal at best impact and it’s cut both ways at times. It was really sad as a Blazers’ fan on Thursday seeing CJ get dominated by Austin Rivers. The area Oortland SHOULD have huge advantage at (backcourt) hasn’t been the case. If Portland wants to win they need CJ to man up and pass the ball.

It sucks y’all don’t have Murray but Joker is going to give every team fits. It’s not “normal” to have a point center. Every team will have to throw out what they know when playing Denver.

Facundo Campazzo (who is 5’11") is averaging 1 more rebound per game than Kristaps Porzingis (who is 7’3") in this playoffs.

The Pornicorn is looking like the worst contract in the league.
