We played bad and they played good. If we play good and they play bad, we will win
Breathtaking stuff, this clip should be used in executive leadership training

Can you be historically great if you lose by 42 in the playoffs, a franchise record?

Historically great, sure. They statistically are.
I know everyone is tired of hearing the same shite they’ve heard all year so I’ll spare you.

Thats todays BB. When a team gets hot from 3 the spreads are bigger than old days.
OKC beat Denver by 43 and Memphis by 51 in this very same season playoffs.
It means way less than you think. And to be honest, we’re chasing our first ever pro title I’ll take it any way we can get it. History won’t care.

But I thought this OKC team was different? They play defense I was told.

They need to get Chet the ball early and get him in a rhythm.

Okc dominating on the boards.

Frenetic start… sloppy on both sides but high energy and physical

OKC not getting the calls they normally get.

Refs have already shown they are letting them play tonight. Both ways.

Refs have a slow whistle across the board so far. Hope this keeps up tbh, it’s just better basketball.

A couple baskets ago, Shai completely lowered a shoulder into Gobert, knocked him out of the way, and finished uncontested at the rim. Attacking an elite rim protector.
But then so often you see him flop and flail without being touched or with minimum contact.
If Shai would attack all the time like he just did to Gobert, people would talk a lot less shite about him and his style of play
