Oh you were talking about a couple of random jokers on here

ETA: Of course you didn't think SA would be top 2 in the West

Is that 10 Yet means I coulda gone more but stopped for brevity sake. Got quite a few guys we can add to that list above Green if we talking today.

Yep and they didn't make the conference finals. I had them pegged before the season even started.

Case could be made that when healthy Danny green is easily top 15. Arguably top ten. SG isn't as deep as it once was.

Now PG and SF are the dominant, deep positions in the league.

Tomorrow night. Spurs beat rockets 112-107.

They were top 2 all season, numbnuts

ETA: And everyone pegged you (accurately) for a hater from jump street. Nothing new.

Anyways, most Spurs fans know Green is a 3 and D guy. I thought you had something legit, but nope, more Boomtardation

Nah, little brother wins this one. We'll get 'em in the 4th meeting for a split, and Boom will claim a moral victory

Spurs are a regular season team when the games mattered they clearly weren't top 2 in the west. They aren't this year either. 2nd rd exit.

This is weak bait, even for you. SA has more questions this year than most. We'll see how it goes.

Now you're reframing. When you made your comment in the thread you linked, you weren't talking about postseason. Spurs were clearly in the top 2 in the West all year long. Admit that your point was invalid. A true basketball mind would acknowledge such.

But you're a hater. As has been proven time and again.

Danny Green is a 3 and D guy who'd made significant noise in back to back finals recently before re-signing with the Spurs for a discount. His value is as the other half of WingStop. Period.

If his offense is on, it's a whole 'nother element to SA's offense, but it's not like we're counting on his 3 ball night in/out. He's streaky. Hell, his nickname on some Spurs boards is "Icy/Hot" for crying out loud Basically a modern iteration of Bruce Bowen, only rangier/less confined to the corner 3.

We'll see how it shakes out Always like intrastate series', though. Would be fun.

Was hoping Timmy would get a crack at 'em, but HOU was so bad for so long it never really was a possibility until the past 2-3 years. And then one team or the other failed to uphold their end of the bargain. C'est la vie.

people were saying the Spurs had raped the league and that he was a top 10 SG when he signed that deal he has been utter garbage since then.

People expecting him to play like he did in the 2013 Finals every game were always going to be disappointed. Green is so valuable on defense though and he's an all-star caliber player when he has his three going. Not consistent as we'd like on offense but his defense has always been there and that's his primary job

He's been playing like a fringe superstar this season.
