PG is doing that 3 part Decision series on ESPN. IMO all this OKC stuff is just his camp adding drama so that viewers will watch the 3rd part when he makes his announcement. He is going to the Lakers and there has never been any doubt in my mind.

I never understood why he'd do a 3 part special on deciding to return to OKC.

Yeah I think you nailed it
No way he commits to returning to OKC with that Melo deal on the books.
Melo is now a black hole on and off the court

So maybe that Milwaukee trade I posted earlier has legs? Albeit really small legs?

Russillo @ryenarussillo Of all the things that could happen with LeBron I didn’t think going to LA solo was a possibility, but more and more people are saying it could happen

Lebron solo to LA is still a great team of they bring back Randle.
PG - Ball
SG -
SF - Ingram
PF - James
C - Randle
Probably lands the 4th seed in the West.
Next year they sign Butler and Leonard.

Holy shite I hate Dan Gilbert. LeBron wouldn’t be going anywhere if anyone else owned the Cavs.

And I dont take it that way. That's a good sign imo for this summer. He's willing to be the first domino
Posted on 6/29/18 at 7:57 pm to KillerNut9
Yea I don't understand the resistance on trading the draft pick. Let's be honest, if bron leaves the cavs will be in a ten year rebuild.

Step 1 in “getting his team back”.

If someone told me last year that the Lakers would have a better shot at Lebron than Paul George this summer, I would’ve lol’d
Posted on 6/29/18 at 8:03 pm to c on z
Step 1 is him buying the Pistons
Posted on 6/29/18 at 8:09 pm to Fus0623
there's something no one's really thought about, or at least isn't placing enough emphasis on.
What's been the biggest issue with Cleveland that Lebron didn't have in Miami? He has not been able to get serviceable free agents to come to Cleveland on the cheap, like him getting Ray Allen and Shane Battier, who played major roles in those title runs.
Free agents just don't go to Cleveland. They will come to Los Angeles, so even him going there with just PG13 isn't a bad idea.

Same. But a good thing I think George is stll coming. Looking like both is a legit shot

So much for Boom’s theory. Lebron had zero interest in going to CC
quote:
Woj: LeBron's group had not come to Cleveland at all and say "Hey, are there some players you like on the Rockets are or players you like on another team that is capped out that we can start working a sign and trade?" That never happened. Houston is in a position now where they'll focus on their own free agents.

That's just because James let it be known that Lebron wasn't needed bubba.
Predictable retort.

I actually agree with keeping Sexton with Kemba being on the last year of his deal. Both LeBron and Kemba could bolt after 1 year and Atlanta has the Cavs 2019 first rounder if it’s outside the top 10.
I disagree with just about everything Gilbert has done the past year. First off, letting David Griffin go was mind numbingly stupid. And he should never be involved with roster management. Let the GM do his job.
It’s funny how he prides himself on how smart he is and he’s about to lose 100’s of millions in franchise value. He should have sold after the 2016 finals.
