I have my own program I developed for comparisons. Hill is 1.5 X the player and 2 tiers above Williams.

Actually, teammates, including in OKC, considered Anthony to be a very good teammate. But yes, they will have to add a better defensive player or a prospect with that kind of potential.

That's an understatement. If you consider Melo your solution as a 3 and D wing, you might want to also pick up Nate Robinson to protect the rim.
