Pels are a better team without boogie.

Might as well at this point. The 5-8 seeds have zero chance. Might as well just take the top 4 teams from each.

I’m not even sure the Eastern conference all stars could beat the Warriors. It’s ridiculous.

There is really only one team that has been super enough to diminish so much of the suspense. The other super teams were at least close enough to the rest of the league to have to work for it.

There needs to be a hard cap.

The cap isn’t the issue. It’s players taking sweetheart deals to play with their all star friends

The cap is the issue. GS wouldn’t have this team if it wasn’t for the luxury tax bs

luxury tax bs, MLE, BLE, all of that is so stupid. Said it for years.

Love the NFL's system a lot more, but making it fully guaranteed would be more reasonable.

It’s made for teenage fanboys at this point

The product sucks enough as it is, but add basically two teams w the possibility of winning and you’ve got this horseshite

What's the solution? Reducing the salary cap?

That’s not true. Golden State has this team because players took less money on purpose to sign more players and Cousins is signing for WAY less than he’s worth.

And for years Steph Curry was extremely underpaid because of his injury history which allowed them to build the super team roster in the first place.

In other words, they’ve gotten extremely lucky with signing guys for way less than they are worth.

No max contracts for starters.

If you could pay a player $50MM/yr in a small market it's more attractive than the same max everywhere. The biggest thinf the hometown team can do is an extra year and a marginally higher salary.

Yeah GS is a bunch of lucky fricks. They'll go to cap smoothing in the future to prevent that scenario again.
