Certainly. But Minnesota is going to start increasing their opportunity cost by continuing to hold on to Love. They might never get a better offer than that. The longer they hold onto him, the more they are going to frick themselves.

so they suck this year and develop young guys like deng, lavine, muhammad ... possibly bennet and waiters
they get a top 3-5 pick and go after a big time center... that team would have a very high ceiling and it's bench would be pretty stacked as well.

I love Chandler Parsons, but he has lost so much value this off-season. The clincher for Parsons is that he is an above average NBA starter making less than a million a year. Now, he's about to be overpaid either by Houston or somebody else.
