No doubt. If the Knicks had not rushed to give too many contracts to whatever players that they can't trade right away, they'd have Westbrook already.

Pistons have Blake Griffin. Adding Russ would definitely improve their team and prob be top 5 in the east next season

They will get a decent young player and a protected first or something I’m guessing depending on how bad the money is they need to take back
Like with Detroit I could see Reggie Jackson (maybe sent to third team if there’s still bad blood there) Snell Galloway Luke Kennard and a lotto protected first or something

They should hold Adams if the market is that bad for him. He’s a good player and seems like a great dude just paid way too much for a paint bound center in today’s NBA

Was playing around on espn, I think Detroit would have trouble making the cap space work unless they shipped Drummond out.
I still don’t see a wing on that team, but if they can swing Westbrook/Griffin/Drummond that is an entertaining and competitive team in the east.

I really doubt any Laker fan thought that. After Kawhi, the Lakers would have been dropping vet minimums.
Green even made it pretty clear he'd go to Dallas if Kawhi took the Laker money and otherwise would go to the Lakers.
The Clips have done very well this offseason. Be happy with that and leave the Lakers complex alone.
