It is accurate. We could create something like 500k more by rescinding caruso's QO but yea, we would have less than a max spot available if Kawhi has not decided by Saturday

Yeah. It's hard reading tea leaves. First, the buzz was around the Lakers. Then, the Raptors.
Now, it seems like we're past the huge buzz period for the Raptors, if only for a few hours. We could be two days from a decision or two minutes.
