He's an all-time great and if the younger fans would just appreciate him for his awesome play instead of comparing him to others, it wouldn't be such a hot topic.

I'm not sure about you but I've lucky enough to see both. Both are all time greats but totally different styles of game on the court. It makes for any player to player comparison almost impossible & it's dumb to do. They both are/were extremely successful but they go/went about it about using totally different styles.

I know man but the trolls seem to be gone from this thread now. It looks like logic & ration remain at this point so those of us who are still here can discuss this openly while mass chaos ensues on the rest of the board.

Also, I know regular season stats don't mean shite around here, but LeBron went for a fairly easy 42 points (and I think had a triple double) in his only regular season game against Golden State. Combine that with his first two games in this series and there's a trend emerging.

The trend of LBJ scoring a bunch of points? That's nothing new

Also, Smith and Shumpert have both made some big 3's. Shumpert kept them in game 1 with his 3's. JR had some big shots late this game. And some serious derpage too but I wouldn't say they've been "dreadful" maybe I'm wrong on that.

But when we're talking about Curry missing 13 threes, that's not going to continue. I guess I just mean I put more trust in GS shooters getting on target and it's too much for LBJ to overcome.

I think one thing everyone should be able to agree on is that is to expect the unexpected in this series. So far, nothing has gone as most thought it would.

Maybe the Cavs came up with their very own "Curry Rules" and it's effecting his perimeter shots.

Me too. I grew up watching every single Bulls game on WGN And while I think MJ is the best there has ever been, LBJ is up there and is one of the best ever imo.

No doubt. Magic is a better comparison for LBJ.

Dude, Cavs won shooting 32%. The Cavs supporting cast played like shite on offense and JR played like shite on defense. Take off your blinders.

We were just talking about 2 players.
Did Shumpert not keep them in game 1 with his 3's?

I said Smith derped up on D, maybe you should read.

LeBron is so cocky in interviews. But so is Jordan. So is Kobe. Comes with the territory I guess.

2 players that pick up majority of the slack when Kyrie is out, thus the Cavs.

Same here. Jordan could just take over the game in the blink of an eye.

You have throw Oscar Robertson in there as well. One of my uncles is a huge basketball guy & he schooled me on many of the past greats at an early age. He constantly tells me that Lebron is a bulked up version of the Big O.

yeah, never mind Delly, Mozgov, Thomspon, etc. It was a simple statement about Shumpert hitting big 3's in game 1 and I see you didn't dispute that. I didn't say him and JR Smith were killing it, I just said I didn't think they were "dreadful". Those 2 players, not the Cavs as you're talking.

As in the Cavs will win the series? Ok. It's not like I was on here talking shite about the Cavs or anything. I said I think GS wins the series 4-2. Seems like you're rustled a bit?

He was unreal. I really wish he wouldn't have retired just to see if the Bulls would've won 8 straight

Serious. Thompson should've gotten the last shot.

I think LBJ needs to guard Klay Thompson. Cavs have got to slow him down.
