I gotcha

It is why I think the Warriors will handle the rest of this series. I don't think the Cavs offense or defense can get much better than we saw tonight, but I think the Warriors can get a lot better.
LeBron's isos and their offensive rebounds has really dragged this series in to the mud though which is perfect for the Cleveland.

Besides he was the one who got them back in to that game and willed it to OT.

He made a massive 3 and tied the game.

And if Blatt puts Mozov out there sooner, there are fewer 2nd chance opportunities.

Everyone said that after game 1 though. Hopefully the series stays at this level.

Dude was lucky his teammates got him so close. And that Green didn't get called for a moving screen on the layup.

If it keeps up in Game 3 then I will just accept that it is going to be this way.

JR Smith, Shumpert, and Thompson haven't been playing as well as they have in the playoffs. The Cavs offense can get better. This series is more evenly matched than most people think.

Unless the Cavs take the next two at home, they are probably going to lose this series
Yep.

the main theme will be Lebron loses another NBA Finals. If he continues to play like he has in the first two games, his performances will sadly be overlooked. There's a large portion of people who will continue to bash instead of really appreciating what they are seeing.
It's a byproduct of The Decision and the fanboys who want to keep up with the "GOAT" bullshite. He's an all-time great and if the younger fans would just appreciate him for his awesome play instead of comparing him to others, it wouldn't be such a hot topic. Not saying some MJ fans don't come out and say "Well MJ is the GOAT" when it's not even warranted, but it seems like the constant GOAT talk is what alienates him to many of the older generation.

I'm actually shocked that Cavs have been in both games so far with Lebron accounting for so much of their offensive output & numerous iso positions. It's like Lebron is saying ride me offensively & the rest of you guys leave it all on the court on the defensive end.
GS has had some really cold players these first 2 games. Curry was bad tonight. Green and Bogut have been off for both games. Some of it is CLE defense, but a lot of these shots are just not falling. I don't expect that to continue. And James is going to be exhausted. I would imagine Kerr makes some adjustments on how they handle James after these last 2 games.

Also Thompson has been playing like garbage.

Wow, you really are bitter that Curry won the MVP and beat up on your Rockets
1 game and you're ready to call Curry a "choker"?

I agree with your first two points

I totally agree. From the Cavs perspective though, they have gotten absolutely nothing offensively from JR Smith, Iman Shumpert or Tristan Thompson. They have to hope that those guys get a spark from the energy of the home crowd in Cleveland. The Warriors will not continue to miss so many shots unless they continue folding under the pressure of playing in the Finals. The latter part of my statement isn't something the Cavs shouldn't hold their hat on.

Cavs have had cold shooters too. Smith and Shumpert have been dreadful shooting.
Also, I know regular season stats don't mean shite around here, but LeBron went for a fairly easy 42 points (and I think had a triple double) in his only regular season game against Golden State. Combine that with his first two games in this series and there's a trend emerging.
