How about you just play a tournament, crown a champion and move on to next year. There will always be an * next to this champion, might as well have fun with it and give the non contenders something to come back for.

Why would lottery teams come back for this? The competition level will be distorted

Obviously it's why hes balding like he is. All the players are on something

Just dont get why LeBron lovers get so upset when you state the obvious

Not according to Vegas oddsmakers

Vegas has one goal in mind when making odds: make as much money as possible. Lot of emotional, low IQ Lakers fans out there who overvalue their team and players so that’s low hanging fruit for them.

Bet me 100 that Luka is not top 2 for MVP. he has no chance at top 2.

I use the same criteria every year and Don’t change based on the name on the jersey. I got Gina winning, nearly unanimous. It should not even be close.

What’s the point of playing more five regular season games?

The same thing that is at the root of most decisions...money

the NBA is contractually obliged to deliver a minimum of 70 games featuring local teams to its respective regional broadcast partners.

if only there were some way to check to see what the odds are on each player winning the MVP.

- Giannis is trending around -500

- Lebron is trending around +400

- Luka is trending between +2000 to +3000

"Not even close dude" "Luka is solidly in second"

teams want some tuneup games before the playoffs.

This is not the reason all 30 teams will have to report and play 5 regular season games, fwiw.

The reason is money.

Considering how long the NBA Playoffs usually are will they just take a couple of days off and then roll right into the 2020-2021 season?

Start of the next season likely pushed back to Christmas. It may end up being permanent.

Gun to my head:

Gina
Lebron
Harden
Luke

In that order.

Luke missed 15-20% of the season. And hardens #s are just better.

Luka would only be ahead by way of the narrative. With the long layoff he loses that. harden advanced numbers are better across the board.

4th is good for Luke being only 20 and all.

Harden being top 3 for the 4th year in a row and 5th time in 6 years should be the real story.

I don't know if you know this, but literally millions of guys have male pattern baldness.

That doesn't mean they're on HGH.
