I’m surprised more batters don’t swing at the first pitch. Usually a heater right down the middle. That ball was absolutely crushed

If the starting pitcher was required to throw a minimum of 80 pitches would that help pace of game? If he needs to be pulled, they have to play with 8 for 3 innings or something. But need to force these games to have 2 pitchers at most.
