The uniforms remind me of when someone’s wife gets really into screen printing and is hocking around her small business logo (which is her initials in a pattern generated from the internet) on every shirt, hat or cup she owns

I thought maybe that was an old negro league team name, but they were giants, sounds, vols,etc. So stars is kind of lame, since it has no history to nashville.

Based on what?
It's bout who has $$$ and is willing to pony up more to get the team. St.Louis was going to get the expansion team in NFL, there was even pics of Stallions helmet behind the tarp. Instead, Jax and Charlotte came in, splashed the pot and got the last 2 expansion slots.
